We have successfully marketed real and personal property through auctions and liquidation sales in the northeastern United States since 1979. We offer on-site, simulcast, and timed online auctions, liquidations sales, personal appraisals, and consulting. Our auctioneers are bonded, and insured and licensed in the states of Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, and also conduct auctions in New York.

Staff includes professionals with designations from the Auction Marketing Institute, including Graduate Personal Property Appraiser, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate, and Certified Auctioneers Institute designations. Our main offices are located in Morrisville, Vermont. Our auto auction and commercial warehouse are located in Williston, Vermont.
