Appraisal Services

There are generally two types of valuations we perform:

An appraisal, where the appraiser inspects the assets either at their location or one of our offices, then produces a bound and certified report. 

A desktop opinion of value, where the appraiser is provided a list, and sometimes photographs, of the assets to form the opinion of value. The resulting document is a letter stating the opinion of value. 

The most common valuations we produce are “liquidation value” and “fair market value”.

Appraisal fees are based on an hourly rate.
